2. Natchez Trace State Park

Some of the facilities visitors can find here include fishing piers, two public boat ramps, picnic spots, designated swimming areas, and an extensive network of trails that crisscross the area.
3. Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park
Sitting on the eastern banks of the Mississippi River, Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park encompasses an area of over 12,500 acres and is one of the most popular nature reserves in the state.
